I wanted to let you know I picked up the artwork last week and WOW! Absolutely fantastic! Truly. The oyster linens are PERFECT and fit perfectly in the space in our kitchen. I brought in a pencil sketch done by my grandfather in 1941. The edges were frayed and the paper was deteriorating. Max at Framers Edge was outstanding. He really listened to what I wanted and came up with some great suggestions on how to frame the piece in a way that highlighted the character. He was also very understanding of my budgetary constraints and while he showed me a range of options, he never tried to push me into something more expensive than what I was willing to pay.
I came into the shop because of a Living Social deal. However, I would definitely come back again without the discount. I have made very few purchases in recent memory where I felt so taken care of as a customer and ended up with something really worth the money I spent. I can't recommend this place enough.

Max at Framers Edge is EXCELLENT! I bought an oil painting in France many years ago and he recommended a frame for it. I hung it in my dining area and I have received numerous compliments on it. I brought in 2 other pieces today which are beautiful works of art but not framed nicely. He spent A LOT of time looking at them and recommended mats/frames that will really enhance the paintings. Bottom line: I highly recommend Max. Very nice person, really great eye & nice taste. Listens to what you say and spends a lot of time thinking before he gives suggestions. Not cheap but I think you get what you pay for, and a frame can make or break the look. I did find a Groupon which was fabulous and helped with the bill. Will definitely go back and highly recommend to friends and family.

I have worked with Framer's Edge over the past 6 or 7 years. Their insight and creativity, enthusiasm, and expert design is unparalleled. You have never worked with anyone who offers their level of customer service. I rely wholly on their recommendations because I do not have any perspective as to what will work (or won't). I primarily respond to their ideas, and they work to improve the presentation until I am thrilled to approve the final top-notch design. As a result, I am always eager to pick up the piece(s) and see the finished product. The FE team is equally enthused to see my reaction! This is like working with talented designer friends who have your best interests at heart. The 15 or so works they've custom framed for me are among the favorites of our collection. I love each of these works more because Framer's Edge recommendations for presentation and preservation has made each one truly beautiful. I will never work with anyone else and highly recommend their services.

Framers Edge is a gem. I've had a number of pieces framed here and just love how unique each piece looks. Annette, Sue and Max are personable as well as artistic and creative. The store is large and has hundreds of frames to choose from ( which would feel overwhelming if they didn't provide such personal assistance). It's a relaxed environment, where I never feel rushed to make a decision or pushed to spend more than I budgeted for. The turn around time is also fantastic.
